Job summary

Cubic Transportation Systems is seeking a Supplier Quality Manager to develop and implement supplier quality management strategies across our supply chain. You will lead audits, drive continuous improvement, and collaborate with suppliers to ensure quality, cost, and delivery targets.

The role requires strong knowledge of ISO 9001/ISO/TS 16949, Six Sigma/Lean methods, and proficiency with SAP. Domestic and international travel is expected as part of supplier engagement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in supplier quality management or a related role.
• Strong knowledge of quality management systems and standards (ISO 9001, ISO/TS 16949).

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain supplier quality management systems in compliance with industry standards and company requirements.
• Evaluate and select suppliers based on quality, cost, and delivery performance.
• Conduct supplier audits to ensure quality and drive continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with suppliers to resolve quality issues and implement corrective actions.
• Monitor supplier performance and generate reports on key quality metrics.
• Lead root cause analysis and problem-solving for supplier-related quality issues.
