Qualifications

12+ years in Supplier Quality or related manufacturing quality roles.
5+ years in leadership or senior management overseeing global suppliers.
Bachelor’s degree in engineering; Six Sigma Black Belt preferred.
Experience in a large B2B manufacturing company.

Responsibilities

Lead supplier audits and qualification programs to drive continuous quality improvement.
Reduce COPQ by analyzing trends and implementing preventive measures.
Oversee the PPAP process to validate supplier-provided components meet requirements.
Perform supplier risk analysis and mitigation planning.
Lead corrective action and accountability for quality issues.
Provide SME guidance on quality methodologies and tools.
Develop supplier scorecards and escalation processes.
