Qualifications

• OSHA 30-hour certification and MSHA preferred or willingness to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Directs daily jobsite operations and supervises field crews, foremen, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Plans and schedules manpower, equipment, and materials to achieve production goals and meet project deadlines.
• Ensures compliance with project specifications, drawings, and quality standards.
• Maintains accurate project documentation, including daily logs and punch lists.
• Coordinates inspections and ensures adherence to safety and environmental regulations.
• Communicates progress with Project Managers regarding job progress and schedule updates.
• Sets performance expectations and provides direction for foremen and crew members.
