Qualifications

• 5-8 years of progressive experience in analytics, risk, finance, consulting, operations, or a related field.
• Strong business judgment and intellectual curiosity.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with dashboarding, reporting, modeling, or BI tools preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of dashboards, analyses, and visual tools for risk trends and performance indicators for senior stakeholders.
• Prepare high-quality recurring and ad hoc reporting for leadership.
• Partner with finance, compliance, and operations to deliver analytical support for informed decision-making.
• Contribute to risk modeling, scenario analyses, and estimation of exposures and business impacts.
• Own ad hoc analyses and special projects from scoping through delivery.
• Support data governance and integrity of risk-related data and outputs.
• Identify opportunities to streamline reporting and automate workflows.
• Stay informed on emerging risk analytics tools and methods.
