Job summary

Pratt & Whitney is seeking a Project Material Control professional to support material needs, fulfillment, and procurement on an onsite basis in Jupiter, Florida. The role requires US citizenship and experience with SAP and Microsoft Office as part of an aerospace program.

You will collaborate with engineering teams, audit memos, and manage purchase requisitions and orders while supporting production and government property processes. Travel up to 10% may be involved.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 5 years of experience, or an advanced degree with 3 years.
• U.S. citizenship required to access information under this program/contract.
• Experience with Microsoft Office and SAP preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with engineering teams to understand material needs and support timely fulfillment.
• Audit engineering memos to ensure compliance and validate outcomes.
• Create and manage purchase requisitions; collaborate with buyers for purchase order generation and management.
• Source materials and coordinate shipment to vendors and internal shops; manage orders and hardware.
