Job summary

Pratt & Whitney, a RTX company, is seeking a highly experienced engineer to lead an Agile Scrum team as Scrum Master at the West Palm Beach site. The role involves coordinating with CIPT, managing budgets and schedules, and driving supplier collaboration for model-based product definition.

Applicants should have a Mechanical or Aerospace engineering background with 3+ years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree with 5+ years, and must be able to obtain a U.S. security clearance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering or equivalent with 3+ years of relevant experience OR equivalent
• Advanced Degree in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering or equivalent with 5+ years of experience
• The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required.
• U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Manage an Agile Scrum team as Scrum Master to meet task and technical requirements; collaborate with team and authorities on part development and improvements
• Communicate status and technical content to CIPT
• Perform Control Account Manager duties to track progress and minimize budget/schedule disruptions
• Coordinate part-level sourcing with procurement, manufacturing, and supply chain; ensure timely model-based product definition release
• Lead risk assessments and mitigation planning; participate in continuous improvement initiatives
• Travel up to 10%
