Job summary

Pratt & Whitney is seeking a highly motivated F100 Materials Specialist to support the F100 Program and an international customer. You will manage material proposals, purchase orders, and customer agreements, coordinating with Sustainment, supply chain, and operations to ensure smooth program execution.

The role emphasizes data-driven decision making, timely communication with customers, and adherence to export controls and compliance through SAP transactions and reporting.

Qualifications

• BS/BA degree.
• 5 years of business, supply chain, analysis, and/or customer support experience or an Advanced with 3 years of business, supply chain, analysis, and customer support experience
• US Citizenship required due to government contracts

Responsibilities

• Preparing proposals and purchase requests for new spare material while ensuring material schedule alignment.
• Evaluating and coordinating program requirements to ensure a controlled flow of materials and services to meet contractual requirements.
• Act as first point of contact for customers by hosting monthly teleconferences to resolve material shortages and other issues impacting product build, with data analysis and recommendations for resolution.
