ECM Holding Group, Inc. is seeking an Onsite Project Manager to oversee Water Solutions projects nationwide. The role manages projects from design through construction, driving safety, timeliness, and budget adherence.

Heavy travel (up to 80%) is required, with the onsite leader acting as the primary liaison among field teams, customers, and stakeholders. Candidates should bring strong organizational and communication skills, independent decision-making, and demonstrated leadership.

Qualifications

• Experience in management, operations, and leadership.
• Valid driver license required; OSHA 10 completion within 30 days if not already certified.
• Experience with water solutions or plumbing projects is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Lead day-to-day management of Water Solutions construction projects.
• Monitor budgets, change orders, and procurement documents.
• Maintain safety, schedule, and quality across projects nationwide.
• Provide regular project status reports to leadership and stakeholders.
• Coordinate with contractors, clients, and internal teams to ensure project success.
