This role requires strong organization, clear communication, and the ability to travel extensively, with up to 80% travel. You will coordinate field teams, contractors, and stakeholders and report to the executive team.

Qualifications

• Management experience in operations and leadership.
• Water solutions experience or background in related trades.
• Valid driver's license.
• OSHA 10 certification or willingness to complete within 30 days.

Responsibilities

• Oversee construction phase and day-to-day project management.
• Review documents, manage change orders and budgets.
• Coordinate with contractors, customers, and stakeholders.
• Monitor safety, scheduling, and invoicing compliance.
