Job summary

ECM Holding Group, Inc. is seeking an experienced Onsite Project Manager to oversee Water Solutions projects nationwide. This role leads projects from design through construction, ensuring safety, timely delivery, and budget compliance.

The position requires strong organizational and communication skills, independent decision-making, and travel up to 80%. You will coordinate field teams, contractors, customers, and stakeholders, providing leadership throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Experience with plumber/water solutions.
• Experience in management, operations, and leadership.
• Valid driver licenses required.
• OSHA 10, if not certified must be completed within 30 days of hire date.

Responsibilities

• Leads the day-to-day management of projects during the construction phase.
• Provides detailed constructability reviews of project documents and offers recommendations.
• Advises on the development of construction procurement documents and GEC responsibilities.
• Manages contractor requests to ensure timely responses and project continuity.
• Assumes a lead role in dispute resolution activities on assigned projects.
• Defines the roles and reporting structures for project team members.
