Job summary

SOC LLC in the Washington DC area is seeking an experienced On-Site Program Manager to oversee DOE contract performance at multiple facilities. You will lead daily government-facing meetings, ensure compliance with DOE Orders, and manage budget, reporting, and deliverables.

The role requires an active DOE Q or equivalent clearance, U.S. citizenship, and the ability to operate on-site. You will direct security, operations, and staffing to safeguard personnel and assets across dispersed sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a relevant field.
• Ten years of relevant commercial or government security experience, eight of which in verifiable security roles.
• Three years managing a security contract with 200+ personnel across locations.
• Current PMP Certification and the ability to obtain DOE Q access or equivalent clearance.

Responsibilities

• Daily interactions and progress meetings with U.S. government personnel and facility commanders.
• Lead development and implementation of security procedures and directives.
• Provide leadership and reporting oversight to ensure safety, compliance, and budget adherence.
• Staffing, training, and supervision of the protective force in line with DOE orders and directives.
