Job summary

Springtide Project Services, a division of IPS, is seeking a Senior Project Manager (Semiconductor Construction) to lead onsite projects in Gloucester, Massachusetts. You will oversee scope, cost, schedule, and client relationships, directing engineering functions and coordinating with client teams.

Ideal candidates bring 10+ years in construction PM and 5+ years in semiconductor projects, plus a Bachelor’s in CM or engineering.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of industry experience in Construction Project Management.
• 5+ years of Semiconductor project experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or a related degree.

Responsibilities

• Holds primary responsibility for achieving scope, cost, schedule, and quality objectives on assigned projects.
• Manages client interaction and promotes positive relationships.
• Develops and maintains meeting minutes and action items for each project.
• Prepares monthly financial/schedule reports for management and for the client.
• Identifies risks and mitigates project and corporate risks in collaboration with leadership.
