Job summary

Manhattan Construction Company is seeking a Superintendent 2 to lead on-site field operations, ensuring safe, timely, and profitable project completion. You will demonstrate strong leadership, organize teams, and manage communication with clients and subcontractors.

The role requires a Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management or Engineering (or equivalent) and about 8 years of industry experience, including leadership on multiple projects.

• Develop and maintain site logistics plan with Project Manager.
• Manage quality program and safety plans (QA/QC).
• Attend and lead project meetings with PM, subs, and owner.
