Job summary

Archer, in collaboration with TekSynap, is seeking a Network Team Lead to manage a team of network engineers supporting the FDIC contract in Arlington, VA. You will oversee enterprise network infrastructure, ensure reliable connectivity, and drive security and performance improvements.

The role requires 10+ years in Unified Communications with outsourcing experience, ITIL certification, and strong Cisco/Avaya expertise.

Qualifications

BA/BS in Computer Science or Information Systems Management or equivalent.
ITIL v3 Foundation Certification.
10+ years in Unified Communications with IT outsourcing experience; 6–8 years without certification.
Strong networking concepts and hands-on expertise with enterprise networks.
Experience with routing, switching, virtualization, Hybrid deployments, SDN, NIPS/NIDS, load balancing, DNS/DHCP, QoS, WAN, NAC, and security.

Responsibilities

Design and troubleshoot complex network architectures.
Use centralized network management tools to gather statistics and generate usage reports and back up device configurations.
Apply firewall, security, and DHS-related findings; collaborate with developers to implement applications.
