Qualifications

• Active Secret Clearance is required.
• Ability to obtain a US passport.
• Bachelor of Science in electrical, computer, or electronics engineering (or closely related curriculum) with 5+ years of experience.
• 10+ years of experience may be used in lieu of a degree.
• 3 years of experience leading a team of network engineers in systems management.
• Knowledge of enterprise telecommunications and network infrastructure including routing, switching, wireless networking, and structured cabling systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.

Responsibilities

• Interact and coordinate with the onsite USAISEC Project Engineers during surveys and installation efforts.
• Assist with daily reports, spreadsheets, and documentation to the USAISEC PE and Technical Monitor per PWS and CDLLs.
• Conduct Survey and Installation In/Out Briefings as required.
• Assist with managing cost, schedule, and technical performance of complex tasks.
• Ensure timely completion and quality control of all tasks and deliverables.
• Review dates to keep projects on target.
• Coordinate changes or issues affecting schedule or deliverables.
• Provide analysis reports documenting solutions and recommendations.
• Review processes for Continuous Process Improvement and updated documentation.
