Job summary

8-Koi, a Florida-based service company, seeks an Electrical Superintendent to lead on-site field operations for complex commercial, industrial, and federal power projects. You will supervise diverse crews, enforce NFPA 70E and OSHA safety, and ensure installations meet plans and codes.

The role requires strong communication, risk management, and travel to project sites across the region. Journeyman license and OSHA 30 are preferred qualifications.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of dedicated electrical superintendent or supervisory field management experience.
• Proven track record leading complex commercial, industrial, or federal electrical construction sites.
• Deep operational expertise in high/voltage distribution, switchgear, controls, and conduit installation.
• Excellent communication and high-stakes troubleshooting on active job sites.
• Travel required.
• Active OSHA 30 certification and NFPA 70E safety training.
• Experience managing federal ID/IQ or government facility electrical contracts.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily field operations to ensure installations meet plans and codes.
• Supervise on-site crews and subcontractors.
• Enforce NFPA 70E and OSHA safety protocols.
• Interface with owners, engineers, and inspectors to resolve issues.
• Monitor schedules, deliveries, and resources to avoid delays.
