Job summary

Rogers Electric is seeking an experienced Electrical Superintendent to lead onsite foremen and crews on commercial and industrial projects. The role involves travel to multiple sites, on-site leadership, job reviews, quality control and safety inspections.

You’ll mentor foremen, coordinate with project managers on manpower, materials and equipment, and help manage budgets and schedules. A Journeyman or Master Electrician license, OSHA 30 and strong communication are preferred.

Qualifications

• 15–20 years of commercial and/or industrial electrical experience.
• Experience leading foremen and field crews on construction job sites.
• Extensive electrical expertise including new construction and remodel installations, job planning, blueprint reading, conduit installation, wiring, device termination, testing, and troubleshooting.
• Ability to mentor and direct foremen and construction electricians.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate with general contractors, project managers, and company leadership.
• Experience with Procore preferred; strong computer skills including Microsoft Office.
• OSHA 30, CPR/First Aid, and Journeyman or Master Electrician license preferred.
• Valid driver’s license required with willingness to travel and work nights, weekends, and overtime.

Responsibilities

• Lead onsite leadership, oversight and management of foremen on construction projects.
• Travel to work sites for on-site leadership, reviews, quality control and safety walks/inspections.
• Train foremen on job reviews including initial, 25%, 50%, 75% and closeout; manage budgets.
• Coordinate with project managers to address manpower, material and equipment needs.
• Manage foremen and manpower with regular reviews, projections and forecasting.
