Job summary

Panhandle Power Solutions seeks an experienced Electrical Superintendent to oversee day-to-day construction operations across the United States. You will lead the on-site team, coordinate schedules, ensure safety, quality, and timely availability of materials, and liaise with inspection authorities for approvals.

The ideal candidate has at least 4 years of electrical supervisory experience on Federal property, Procore familiarity, and the ability to travel between projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the on-site construction team.
• Coordinate and oversee all work on site.
• Develop project schedules with Project Manager.
• Coordinate with Subcontractors for manpower and equipment.
• Participate in progress meetings with stakeholders.
• Ensure quality standards are met.
• Interface with inspection authorities for approvals.
