Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Project Management, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• At least five years of construction or project management leadership experience, preferably in data centers or telecom.
• Experience managing large data center or structured-cabling construction projects.
• Knowledge of data center infrastructure, low-voltage systems, fiber, and cable audits.
• Strong knowledge of safety, estimating, budgeting, change management, and construction accounting principles.
• Proficiency in using data and analytics to support decisions and improve project outcomes.
• Leadership, communication, presentation, stakeholder-management, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and adapt to changing needs and processes.
• Experience leading teams of 40–70+ resources.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day data center field operations across capacity, network services, and physical-layer work.
• Develop and maintain detailed schedules; manage scope, timeline, budget, staffing, and resources.
• Identify and manage change events with formal change-control practices and clear communications.
• Measure service quality against SLAs and KPIs.
• Serve as on-site escalation and coordination point for planning, scheduling, and prioritization.
• Build roadmaps, track progress, and drive adoption across teams.
