Job summary

AbelCine in the Dallas/Frisco area is seeking an experienced Level 3 AV Technician for a temporary, approx. one-month assignment with potential extension.

You will provide onsite support for meeting rooms, collaboration spaces, and live events, troubleshoot AV systems, and coordinate with IT and vendors to resolve issues in real time. This role requires strong customer service and hands-on technical skills.

Qualifications

• Proven experience supporting enterprise AV, conferencing, and meeting-room tech.
• Strong knowledge of Teams Rooms and modern AV systems.
• Experience troubleshooting AV hardware, cabling, displays, and signal paths.
• Experience supporting live meetings and events.
• Ability to remain composed while resolving issues in real time.

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite AV support for meeting rooms, collaboration spaces, and event spaces.
• Diagnose and resolve AV hardware, software, configuration, and connectivity issues.
• Support live meetings and events, including audio/video switching and presentation management.
• Configure and troubleshoot Microsoft Teams Rooms and related tech.
• Coordinate with IT, Facilities, and vendors to resolve issues and restore service.
• Maintain incident and resolution documentation.
