Job summary

AbelCine is seeking an experienced Level 3 AV Technician to provide onsite support for a major client in the Dallas/Frisco area. This temporary, full‑time role focuses on AV, collaboration, and event technologies, with duties spanning troubleshooting, live event support, and executive meeting support.

The ideal candidate will have hands‑on AV experience, customer‑focused approach, and strong teamwork with IT and vendor partners.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated professional experience supporting enterprise AV, conferencing, collaboration, and meeting‑room technologies.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Teams Rooms and modern AV collaboration systems.
• Experience troubleshooting AV hardware, cabling, displays, signal paths, peripherals, and connectivity issues.
• Experience providing technical support during live meetings and events.
• Ability to diagnose problems quickly and remain composed while resolving issues in real time.
• Strong customer‑service skills when supporting executives, clients, and end users.
• Ability to work with IT, networking, Facilities, AV vendors, and equipment manufacturers.

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite AV technical support for meeting rooms, collaboration spaces, event spaces, digital signage, and immersive displays.
• Diagnose and resolve AV hardware, software, configuration, connectivity, and user‑related issues.
• Support live meetings and events, including audio/video switching, presentation and slide management, and real‑time troubleshooting.
• Coordinate with IT, Facilities, vendors, and other teams to resolve issues and restore service.
• Configure, troubleshoot, and support Microsoft Teams Rooms and related collaboration technologies.
• Maintain accurate incident, troubleshooting, and resolution documentation.
