Job summary

AbelCine seeks an experienced Level 3 AV Technician to provide onsite support in the Dallas/Frisco area for a temporary assignment of about one month, with potential extension. You will troubleshoot and maintain meeting room and event technologies, assist end users, and coordinate with IT and vendors to resolve issues quickly.

The role requires hands-on AV expertise, strong troubleshooting skills, and a customer-focused approach.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting enterprise AV and meeting-room technologies.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Teams Rooms and modern AV collaboration systems.
• Experience troubleshooting AV hardware, cabling, displays, and connectivity.
• Ability to support live meetings and events with composure.

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite AV support for meeting rooms, collaboration spaces, and events.
• Diagnose and resolve AV hardware, software, configuration, and connectivity issues.
• Support live meetings, including audio/video switching and display routing.
• Coordinate with IT, facilities, and vendors to resolve issues.
• Configure Teams Rooms and related collaboration technologies.
