Qualifications

• 8+ years of field inspection experience or equivalent education and experience.
• Proficiency in interpreting engineering plans, specifications, and construction documents.
• High levels of integrity and ethical standards.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary on-site representative during construction phases.
• Monitor and document daily construction activities for compliance.
• Prepare daily reports and quantity tracking for contractor work.
• Coordinate construction meetings with staff, contractors, and designers.
