Job summary

Bloomingdale's in New York seeks an experienced Merchandise Manager to develop online merchandising strategies for the family of business and lead a team in executing those strategies while partnering with cross-functional teams to maximize the customer experience.

You will drive navigation, on-site search, content, and campaigns, collaborating with Buying, Planning, and Digital Marketing to elevate the omni-channel storefront and boost top-line performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree from a 4-year college or university.
• 5+ years direct experience in merchandising or related field.
• Excellent leadership, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to think creatively, strategically and technically.
• Flexible schedule based on department and company needs.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team in executing merchandising strategies for navigation, on-site search, assortment layout, site content, and enhancements; ensuring an omni-channel approach
• Measure, analyze, and report how customers interact with the site to drive actionable recommendations
• Improve the customer experience to meet top-line, margin and conversion plans across devices
• Collaborate with Buying and Planning teams to optimize opportunities for the family of business
• Improve category navigation structure through analysis of key business drivers
• Plan and implement on-site campaigns for marketing assets
• Collaborate with other Site Merchandise Managers to ensure a consistent customer experience
• Support digital marketing by implementing SEO recommendations and assisting linking with Search/Affiliate teams
