Job summary

Baker Tilly Advisory Group, LP is seeking an experienced OneStream Solution Architect to join our OneStream practice within Baker Tilly Digital Solutions. You will apply your industry and technical experience to deliver OneStream Financial Close, Consolidation, Budgeting, Forecasting, and BI solutions for clients across the country.

In this role, you will lead workshops, design scalable infrastructure, and guide proof‑of‑concepts while mentoring junior staff and staying current with platform

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Computer Science, MIS, or related field.
• 5+ years of technical architecture experience, with at least 3 years dedicated to OneStream.
• Strong understanding of financial close and consolidation processes.
• OneStream Certified Professional (OCP) - Lead Architect preferred.
• Ability to lead and supervise others with a focus on client service and quality.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery, requirements, design, build, test and deployment of OneStream solutions.
• Lead client workshops to gather requirements and create design documentation.
• Design a scalable, secure OneStream infra framework aligned with requirements.
• Develop and demonstrate OneStream proofs of concept to improve performance.
• Guide deployment, architecture reviews and cross‑division solution alignment.
• Oversee testing: unit, integration, regression and UAT.
• Develop project roadmap with client leadership and communicate initiatives.
• Identify new areas to apply OneStream in finance close and planning.
• Support the Finance OneStream COE governance framework and standards.
• Collaborate on BI analytics, reporting and client presentations.
• Maintain current knowledge of OneStream core platform and AI capabilities.
• Coach and mentor junior staff; lead training sessions.
