Baker Tilly Advisory Group, LP is seeking an experienced OneStream Solution Architect to join Baker Tilly Digital Solutions. You will apply your industry and technical experience across a wide range of services to meet client needs and help grow the OneStream practice.

You will deliver consulting services on OneStream Financial Close & Consolidation, Budgeting & Forecasting, and BI solutions. This role requires strong technical, governance and leadership skills, with opportunities to mentor

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Finance, Accounting, Computer Science, MIS or related field.
• Experience implementing leading financial planning and consolidation software (OneStream or Oracle EPM/PBCS).
• Minimum 5 years of technical architecture experience, with at least 3 years on OneStream implementations.
• Strong understanding of financial close and consolidation processes and related accounting cycles.
• Deep knowledge of .NET development and SQL.
• OneStream Certified Professional (OCP) Lead Architect certification.
• Ability to lead, supervise, and communicate with clients and teams.

Responsabilidades

• Lead discovery, requirements, design, build, test and deployment of OneStream solutions for clients.
• Lead client workshops and create design documentation for OneStream apps.
• Design infrastructure framework within OneStream for scalability, performance, security and compliance.
• Develop OneStream proofs of concept to explore new approaches.
• Guide development and deployment of technical solutions and conduct architecture reviews.
• Oversee OneStream testing (unit/integration/regression/UAT) and quality.
• Collaborate with clients to define a roadmap and communicate initiatives across teams.
• Identify opportunities to enhance client financial close and planning with OneStream.
• Contribute to OneStream COE governance, standards and practices.
• Collaborate with clients to design BI, analytics and reporting solutions.
• Interact with Baker Tilly and client leadership on project management.
• Stay current with OneStream core platform, marketplace solutions and AI capabilities.
• Mentor and train junior staff.
