Baker Tilly Advisory Group, LP is seeking an experienced OneStream Solution Architect to join Baker Tilly Digital Solutions. You will apply your industry and technical experience to build your career across services for clients.

You will deliver consulting on OneStream Financial Close & Consolidation, Budgeting & Forecasting, and BI solutions, guiding architecture and governance, while leading a team and staying current with OneStream and AI capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Finance, Accounting, Computer Science, MIS or related field.
• Experience implementing OneStream or Oracle EPM/PBCS in a corporate environment.
• At least five years of technical architecture experience, with three years on OneStream.
• Solid understanding of financial close, currency translations, intercompany eliminations, and financial statements.
• Strong .NET and SQL development knowledge for OneStream engines.
• OneStream Certified Professional (OCP) Lead Architect preferred.
• Proven leadership, client service focus, ethics and timely delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery, requirements, design, build, test, and deployment of OneStream solutions for Baker Tilly clients.
• Conduct client workshops to gather requirements and create design documentation for OneStream apps.
• Design infrastructure within OneStream for scalability, performance, security, and compliance.
• Develop and demonstrate OneStream proof of concepts to optimize performance.
• Guide development and deployment, and lead architecture reviews across divisions.
• Ensure quality through unit, integration, regression, and UAT testing.
• Collaborate with clients to define a roadmap and communicate initiatives to the project team.
• Identify opportunities to apply OneStream in financial close and planning processes to improve accuracy and efficiency.
• Support the OneStream Center of Excellence governance framework and standards.
• Work with clients to design BI, analytics, and reporting solutions.
• Interact with Baker Tilly and client leadership on engagement management.
