Baker Tilly Advisory Group, LP is seeking an experienced OneStream Solution Architect to join Baker Tilly Digital Solutions. The role offers the chance to shape the firm’s OneStream practice and deliver strategic financial planning, consolidation, and BI capabilities to a diverse client base across the United States.

You will lead workshops, design scalable architectures, and supervise teams to ensure high-quality solutions that align with client needs and regulatory standards.

Qualificações

• Experience implementing leading financial planning and consolidation software (EPM/CPM) - OneStream or Oracle EPM/PBCS highly preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of technical architecture experience, with at least 3 years dedicated to OneStream implementations.
• Robust knowledge of financial close and consolidation processes including reconciliations, translations, intercompany eliminations, top-side entries, and financial statements.
• Deep understanding of .NET and SQL development within OneStream engines.
• OneStream Certified Professional (OCP) - Lead Architect certification.

Responsabilidades

• Lead discovery, requirements, design, build, test, and deployment of OneStream solutions for Baker Tilly clients.
• Lead client workshops to gather requirements and create design documentation for OneStream applications.
• Design infrastructure within OneStream aligned to scalability, performance, security, and compliance needs.
• Develop and demonstrate OneStream proofs of concepts to optimize performance.
• Guide development and deployment, conducting architecture reviews and cross-division alignment.
• Oversee test strategies: unit/integration/regression/UAT.
• Develop roadmaps with clients to align initiatives across project teams.
• Identify opportunities to apply OneStream to improve finance close and planning processes.
• Support establishment of a Finance OneStream COE with governance standards.
• Collaborate on BI, analytics, and reporting solutions for clients.
• Engage with Baker Tilly and client leadership on engagement management.
• Stay current with OneStream core platform, marketplace solutions, and AI capabilities.
• Mentor junior staff through training and coaching.
