Baker Tilly Advisory Group, LP is seeking an experienced OneStream Solution Architect to join Baker Tilly Digital Solutions. You will lead OneStream projects across clients, delivering Finance Close, Consolidation, Budgeting, Forecasting, and BI solutions with strong governance and security awareness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Finance, Accounting, Computer Science, MIS, or closely related field.
• Experience implementing leading financial planning and consolidation software (OneStream or Oracle EPM/PBCS) preferred.
• Minimum of five years of technical architecture experience, with at least three years on OneStream implementations.
• Robust knowledge of financial close and consolidation processes.
• Deep understanding of .NET and SQL development within OneStream engines.
• OneStream Certified Professional (OCP) - Lead Architect certification.
• Ability to lead and supervise others and deliver high-quality client service.
• Demonstrated leadership, analytical, organizational, interpersonal, project management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery, requirements, design, build, test, and deployment of OneStream solutions.
• Host client workshops and develop design documentation for OneStream apps.
• Design infrastructure for OneStream including scalability, security, and compliance.
• Develop and demonstrate OneStream proofs of concept to optimize performance.
• Guide development and deployment of technical solutions; lead architecture reviews.
• Oversee OneStream testing: unit, integration, regression, and UAT.
• Develop roadmaps with clients and align across project teams.
• Identify opportunities to apply OneStream to improve financial close and planning.
• Contribute to Finance OneStream COE governance and standards.
• Collaborate to design BI, analytics, and reporting solutions.
• Interact with Baker Tilly and client leadership on engagement management.
• Stay current with OneStream core platform, marketplace solutions, and AI capabilities.
• Mentor junior staff, lead training, and coach team members.
