Job summary

Baker Tilly Advisory Group, LP is seeking an experienced OneStream Solution Architect to join Baker Tilly Digital Solutions. You will drive consulting on OneStream Financial Close, Budgeting & Forecasting, and BI solutions for national clients, shaping architecture and ensuring high-quality delivery across engagements.

As a leader, you will guide workshops, develop strategic roadmaps, and mentor junior staff while staying current with platform advances and AI capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Finance, Accounting, Computer Science, MIS, or a closely related field.
• Experience implementing a leading financial planning and consolidation software (OneStream or Oracle EPM/PBCS highly preferred).
• Minimum of five (5) years of technical architecture experience, with at least three (3) years on OneStream.
• Strong knowledge of the financial close and consolidation process including reconciliations, currency translations, intercompany eliminations, and top-side entries.
• Deep understanding of .NET and SQL development and best practices within OneStream engines.
• OneStream Certified Professional (OCP) - Lead Architect.
• Ability to lead and supervise others, deliver exceptional client service, and maintain ethical standards.
• Demonstrated leadership, analytical, organizational, interpersonal, project management, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery, requirements, design, build, test, and deployment of OneStream solutions for clients.
• Facilitate client workshops to gather requirements and draft design documentation for OneStream apps.
• Design an infrastructure framework within OneStream considering scalability, performance, security, and compliance.
• Develop and demonstrate OneStream proofs of concept to optimize performance.
• Guide development and deployment of technical solutions and coordinate solution reviews.
• Oversee OneStream solution quality and testing (unit, integration, regression, UAT).
• Develop roadmaps with clients for a cohesive solution vision and cross-team communication.
• Identify new opportunities to apply OneStream in finance close and planning processes.
• Support the Finance OneStream COE governance, standards, and procedures.
• Collaborate with clients to design BI, analytics, and reporting solutions.
• Interact with Baker Tilly and client leadership on engagement management.
• Stay current with OneStream updates, marketplace solutions, and AI capabilities.
• Mentor and develop junior staff through training and coaching.
