Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is recruiting for a Senior Thought Leader Liaison in Oncology to support the Midwest Great Lakes District, focusing on Lung and Head & Neck cancers. This field-based role requires extensive travel (50%+), with preference for major metro locations near national airports.

You will lead KOL engagement, collaborate with Brand and Medical teams, and shape education strategies across regional and national programs to drive patient impact.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree required.
• MBA/MD/PhD or other related graduate degree preferred.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in marketing, medical, key account management, sales, or sales leadership.
• Experience engaging with KOLs/Influential HCPs and professional healthcare organizations.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration with internal & external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional KOL engagement strategy and faculty development.
• Support RYBREVANT Brand with local market insights and feedback.
• Build relationships with academic and community KOLs and stakeholders.
• Coordinate regional marketing education and engagement plans with cross-functional partners.
• Monitor regional cancer treatment trends and inform strategy and program placement.
• Oversee regional marketing budgets and provide business planning insights.
• Shape innovative educational platforms and tailor education to local needs.
• Lead brand strategy and marketing operations for KOL strategy and planning.
• Collaborate with Commercial Excellence to develop tools for insight placement.
• Potentially manage other oncology TLLs to grow capabilities.
