Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is recruiting for a Senior Thought Leader Liaison, Lung Oncology and Head and Neck Oncology to support the Midwest region, specifically the Great Lakes District which includes Minnesota, Iowa, Wisconsin, Chicago, Illinois. This is a field-based position in the United States with preference for a major metropolitan market with easy access to a national airport.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree required; MBA, MD, PharmD, PhD preferred.
• Minimum 6 years in marketing, medical, key account management, sales, or leadership.
• Experience engaging with KOLs/Influential HCPs and professional healthcare organizations.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and ability to deliver results.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional KOL engagement strategy and education strategy.
• Support RYBREVANT brand with local market insights and feedback.
• Build relationships with academic and community KOLs and stakeholders.
• Coordinate regional marketing education and engagement plans with cross-functional partners.
• Monitor regional trends and budget, shape future education platforms.
• Ensure adherence to ACCME/HCC/PhRMA guidelines.
