• Strong communication, facilitation, and problem-solving capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Design, govern, and improve end-to-end treatment journey workflows.
• Own commercial requirements, translating needs into scalable designs.
• Drive integration across sites, labs, sequencing, manufacturing, and partners.
• Establish governance, escalation pathways, and issue resolution processes.
• Collaborate with IT and Digital teams to evolve orchestration platforms.
• Lead continuous improvement to enhance efficiency and reliability.
