Job summary

Merck seeks an Associate Director Oncology Treatment Site Lead to educate and support U.S. treatment sites through onboarding, readiness, and end-to-end workflow execution. With 5+ years in healthcare or life sciences, you will manage site relationships, optimize processes, and travel ~50% to support site activation and readiness for potential FDA-approved therapies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in healthcare or life sciences, including sales, account management, or provider operations/administration.
• Strong understanding of the healthcare ecosystem.
• Proven track record of working with provider organizations and operational stakeholders to implement workflows for complex therapies.
• Ability to travel ~50%.

Responsibilities

• Lead the onboarding and readiness support process for product treatment sites, ensuring site education on workflow, system setup, and operational requirements.
• Deliver process-focused education for site stakeholders using approved resources to support initial site implementation and ongoing operational support.
• Help ensure treatment sites have operational capabilities and knowledge for end-to-end treatment journey execution.
• Serve as the product operational subject matter expert for assigned sites and provide support regarding product process, operations, and logistics.
• Act as the primary contact for operational issues, triaging and addressing issues through cross-functional coordination and defined processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional oncology field teams to support coordinated engagement and consistent site experience.
