Job summary

Pfizer Commercial Oncology is introducing the next era of cancer care. The Senior Oncology Account Specialist will promote Pfizer’s portfolio to healthcare providers, educate on product use, and call on accounts to improve patient experiences and care quality.

You will partner with oncology teams to translate science into market‑shaping impact. This role requires strong clinical knowledge, outstanding communication, and the ability to build relationships with key opinion leaders.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree or higher required or 8+ years of pharma sales/oncology HCP experience.
• Willingness to travel domestically and overnight as needed.
• Excellent communication of complex medical information to diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Promote Pfizer oncology portfolio to healthcare providers and specialists.
• Educate on appropriate use of Pfizer products and drive informed prescribing.
• Visit accounts to improve patient experience and overall care quality.
