Job summary

Amgen seeks a Senior Oncology Specialist to act as the primary clinical liaison to medical professionals within Lower Manhattan and Brooklyn. You will convey product knowledge, deliver on territory plans, manage access, and promote the clinical and economic benefits of Amgen’s oncology portfolio.

You will build internal and external relationships, execute programs, and strive to exceed sales targets while supporting patients and advancing cancer care in a dynamic market.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 3 years of sales experience or clinical experience in healthcare/scientific field that is not sales related.
• Associate degree and 6 years of sales experience or clinical experience in healthcare/scientific field that is not sales related.
• High school diploma/GED and 8 years of sales experience or clinical experience in healthcare/scientific field that is not sales related.

Responsibilities

• Create and execute a comprehensive territory plan to deliver branded sales messages.
• Develop relationships to manage accounts, ensure product access, and handle contracts.
• Communicate clinical and economic benefits of Amgen products to medical professionals.
