This role requires three years of scheduling experience in healthcare, strong oncology knowledge, excellent communication, and proficiency with medical practice management software.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Three years of scheduling experience in a physician’s office or hospital, at least one year in Banner Oncology scheduling.
• Proficiency in all areas of Oncology scheduling and medical terminology.

Responsabilidades

• Provide training and mentorship to Schedulers within the department.
• Lead scheduling across physicians, facilities, and oncology practices; drive process improvements.
• Ensure quality and accuracy of scheduling processes and serve as the subject matter expert.
