You will lead a field sales team, develop regional plans, and coach consultants to engage with key external stakeholders to maximize product distribution and market penetration in oncology. You will work cross-functionally to drive strategic customer engagement, plan execution, and program implementation while aligning with BIPI guidelines and national priorities.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred.
• 8+ years US pharmaceutical sales/marketing with 3+ years in Oncology or account management.
• History of leading a sales team and successful launches.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and coaching.
• Ability to travel up to 50% with valid driver's license.

Responsabilidades

• Develops, enhances, and increases regional oncology sales performance to meet objectives.
• Coaches consultants and engages with KEEs within targeted accounts.
• Plans and executes regional strategic plans and manages resources.
• Maintains relationships with internal and external stakeholders to drive adoption.
• Monitors market trends and updates strategic account plans regularly.
• Ensures salary and reward programs are administered effectively.
