Merck in North Wales, PA is seeking an Associate Director, US Oncology Payer/Market Access to lead cross-functional alliances and develop payer strategies for oncology medicines. This role collaborates with internal teams and external partners to shape access, pricing, and value messaging for payers and providers.

The candidate will bring at least 5 years of experience in Pharmaceutical Marketing or Managed Care, with strong strategic thinking and leadership skills.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum of 5 years combined experience in Pharmaceutical Marketing, Managed Care or Sales.
• Demonstrated strategic thinking, problem solving, analytical skills.
• Strong leadership and communication abilities, both written and verbal.

• Lead messaging planning and field communications for Oncology sales and Key Accounts.
• Support forecasting and cost impact analyses related to access and reimbursement.
