Qualifikationen

• Minimum of 5 years combined experience in Pharmaceutical Marketing, Marketing Customer Management, Managed Care or Sales.
• Demonstrated strategic thinking, problem solving, analytical thinking and planning skills.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills (written & verbal).

• Work with alliance partners and internal teams to develop customer-specific strategies and execute for patient access and business growth.
• Collaborate to develop payer/market access strategies across partnerships and oncology medicines.
• Input into payer value propositions, channel strategies and branded promotions.
• Lead messaging and communications support for field facing teams.
• Provide US perspective to Global Access Teams and related functions.
• Coordinate with cross-functional groups to build value propositions for collaboration on oncology medicines.
• Support alliance and new product forecasting discussions as needed.
• Assess cost impacts on patients for mono and combo therapies in pharmacy and medical benefits.
