Job summary

Endeavor Health is seeking a Collaborative Registered Nurse, Oncology, for Evanston IL. This full-time position offers 40 hours per week with shifts Monday–Friday; no weekends or holidays.

You will provide skilled oncology nursing care, lead an interdisciplinary team, and ensure high-quality patient outcomes on a dedicated unit. Requirements include IL RN licensure, Associate's degree in Nursing (Bachelor's preferred), CPR certification, and a minimum 1 year oncology infusion experience.

Qualifications

• Current State of Illinois Registered Nurse licensure.
• Associate's in Nursing is required; Bachelor's in Nursing strongly preferred.
• CPR Certification issued by American Heart Association is required; OCN/ONS is preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year Oncology Outpatient Infusion Center experience; if no oncology experience, ED/ICU/PACU experience is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Independently provide safe, effective, and compassionate nursing care for a patient population on a specific unit.
• Utilize the nursing process in planning, implementing, and evaluating the patient plan of care.
• Guide and direct assigned unlicensed assistive personnel in delivering interdisciplinary patient care.
• Communicate and collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes and continuity of care.
• Contribute to safety and promote high-quality patient experience.
