Job summary

Endeavor Health is seeking a Research Assistant – OBGYN Generalist to support active research programs across maternal health in Evanston, IL. The role offers hands-on experience in clinical and health equity research aimed at improving outcomes and informing care and policy.

The position is full-time, on-site, Monday–Friday, 8:00am–4:30pm, with collaboration across study teams and a focus on ethical and regulatory standards, participant engagement, data collection, and reporting.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience: Prior research or patient-facing experience in healthcare.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with principal investigators to support study execution.
• Recruit, screen, and engage research participants.
• Administer surveys and collect patient-reported data per IRB protocols.
• Guide participants through informed consent.
• Perform data entry, quality control, and preliminary analysis; prepare summaries/reports.
• Maintain study records; safeguard sensitive information.
• Contribute to proposals, grants, and IRB submissions.
• Contribute to studies on racial and socioeconomic disparities in health outcomes.
• Participate in team meetings and share ideas.
