Job summary

Endeavor Health is seeking a collaborative Registered Nurse, Oncology, to join the Evanston Hospital/ Kellogg Cancer Center team in Evanston, IL. This full-time position offers 40 hours per week on a Monday–Friday schedule with 4–10 hour shifts and no weekends or holidays.

You will provide safe, compassionate nursing care, utilize the nursing process, and mentor unlicensed personnel while collaborating with the healthcare team to ensure excellent patient outcomes and a superior care experience.

Qualifications

• Illinois RN licensure current.
• Associate's degree in Nursing required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• CPR certification required (American Heart Association).
• Minimum 1 year Oncology Outpatient Infusion Center experience; other critical care areas (ED/ICU/PACU) preferred if no oncology exp.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, effective nursing care for oncology outpatient infusion patients.
• Apply nursing process to plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• Supervise assigned unlicensed assistive personnel in delivering care.
• Communicate with healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
