Job summary

Endeavor Health's Evanston Hospital seeks a Research Coordinator- Anesthesia to support the development of a sustainable research program. You will assist with IRB protocol development, recruit and consent patients, and maintain precise study records while collaborating with senior researchers and CRAs.

The role requires strong communication and organizational skills, with flexibility to travel among Endeavor sites.

Qualifications

• Experience leading projects and teams.
• Clinical or health services research experience preferred.
• Commitment to high-quality work.
• Basic understanding of the research process.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and in teams.
• Willingness to learn new techniques for studies.
• SOCRA or ACRP certification preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing sustainable research infrastructure and personnel teams.
• Aid in IRB protocol development and HIT reviews.
• Recruit and consent patients across Endeavor sites.
• Maintain organized, detailed study records and data quality.
• Support regulation and startup/closeout activities for trials.
• Serve as liaison to CRAs and Principal Investigators.
• Train team members and develop clinical trials expertise.
• Analyze and summarize data; present findings (PowerPoint, reports).
• Conduct literature searches and contribute to abstracts, posters, and manuscripts.
