Job summary

GlaxoSmithKline is seeking a Senior Clinical Operations Leader to drive late‑phase oncology studies, coordinating across clinical, biostatistics, safety, and vendor teams to ensure high‑quality regulatory data and inspection readiness.

You will influence program strategy, manage cross‑functional collaboration, and contribute to resourcing and budgeting for complex multi‑indication trials in a hybrid work model.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in life sciences or equivalent is required.
• Experience in oncology clinical development is essential.
• Proven vendor management and CRO oversight experience.
• GCP experience and global study oversight across regions are required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee late-phase development delivery aligned with the clinical plan.
• Coordinate inputs from clinical, statistics, safety, and vendors to meet timelines.
• Represent DevOps at EDT/MDT and contribute to protocol feasibility and resourcing decisions.
• Ensure inspection readiness, risk management, and regulatory deliverables.
