• Bachelor's degree in medical or biological sciences or related field (advanced degree preferred).
• Minimum 10 years experience in pharmaceutical industry or similar large multinational.
• Proven knowledge of project management tools and processes.
• Experience leading clinical projects and cross-functional teams in drug development.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional teams to plan and deliver programs within scope, quality, budget and time.
• Provide strategic oversight for a program of studies across global leaders.
• Mentor and develop staff, promote motivation and empowerment.
• Drive delivery with internal teams and external partners (CROs, vendors, AROs).
• Plan and execute clinical components of marketing applications in collaboration with submission teams.
