The role centers on building relationships with Thought Leaders, delivering high-quality medical education, and supporting clinical and educational initiatives within Bayer’s medical strategy.

Qualifications

• MSL experience required.
• Demonstrated project management ability.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Strong ability to build productive relationships with external stakeholders.
• Travel approximately 50% of time.

Responsibilities

• Deliver scientific presentations to external audiences and stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain long-term relationships with Thought Leaders and healthcare professionals.
• Translate local medical plan into TL and stakeholder engagement strategies.
• Support educational initiatives and respond to Medical Inquiries with accurate data.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams and external partners.
