Qualifications

• BA/BS degree required.
• MSL experience required.
• Demonstrated project management ability.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Willingness to travel 50%+ and hold a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain robust long-term relationships with Thought Leaders and stakeholders.
• Engage with TLs, HCPs, research sites, associations and societies per defined plans.
• Translate the local medical plan into TL and stakeholder engagement strategies with cross-functional teams.
• Approach accounts strategically, using key metrics to align with territory plan.
• Coordinate speaker training and evaluation and medical evaluation of scientific merit.
• Coordinate TL engagement with Franchise Medical Affairs team and internal stakeholders.
• Lead project teams or task forces within the Franchise Medical Team.
• Train and mentor Field Medical team on new data collection and working methods.
