Job summary

Bayer is seeking a Senior Medical Science Liaison in Oncology for the North Texas region. The role focuses on scientific leadership, relationship building with key thought leaders, and high-quality medical education for HCPs and stakeholders.

The position requires extensive field activity in a dynamic healthcare landscape. The MSL will collaborate with cross-functional teams to advance medical strategies, support research initiatives, and ensure compliant, data-driven medical communications

Qualifications

BA/BS degree required or equivalent scientific background.
MSL experience in Medical Affairs, Sales, Marketing, or Clinical Development preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to convey complex scientific data to diverse audiences.
Strong project management skills with demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities.
Willingness to travel 50%+ to cover the North Texas territory.

Responsibilities

Serve as a scientifically credible medical expert for Bayer in Oncology for the North Texas territory.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with thought leaders, HCPs, and stakeholders.
Translate medical plans into actionable engagement strategies with cross-functional teams.
Deliver educational presentations to external audiences and respond to medical inquiries.
Support research projects and investigator-initiated studies as appropriate.
