Job summary
AdventHealth Orlando seeks an Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner - Infusion Sr Manager to lead the ARNP/PA Infusion staff and elevate outpatient oncology care. This role emphasizes leadership, education, and research to improve quality and outcomes while maintaining prescriptive authority in Florida.
You will contribute to patient satisfaction and collaborate closely with the medical team. The ARNP-SrM ensures clinical practice excellence, compliance, and a strong patient-centered approach
Qualifications
- MSN required; exception for grads before 2001.
- Current Florida ARNP license with prescriptive authority.
- National NP certification (ANCC/AANP/ONCC) or equivalent.
- Two years supervisory/managerial experience; four years in the discipline.
- ACLS/CPR/NRP or BLS as required by area of practice.
Responsibilities
- Lead ARNP/PA Infusion staff and ensure high-quality patient care.
- Oversee financial management and cost-conscious service delivery.
- Drive performance improvement and outcomes in Oncology Infusion.
- Apply critical thinking and technology to patient care operations.
- Provide professional mentorship and leadership for the team.
